Returns & refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any item that is unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Please see the hygiene exception below for compression and vacuum bags.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
This is separate from the 30-day window and applies to all products, including hygiene items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Hygiene exception — compression & vacuum bags
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, compression bags and vacuum-seal bags cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been used. This exclusion is shown on the affected product pages before you buy. It does not affect your rights regarding items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — those are always eligible for a replacement or refund as described above.
How to start a return
- Email support@vienatrade.shopwith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund.
Who pays return shipping
- Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and refund any original shipping you paid.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business daysof us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We'll email you when the refund is issued.
Non-returnable items
- Compression and vacuum bags once opened or used (see hygiene exception).
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Items not in original, resalable condition (unless damaged/defective on arrival).
- Gift cards, if offered.
